Traditional Dry Cure Bacon

All our bacon is produced using time honoured artisan techniques.  Cured by hand using our own recipe cures.

Being dry cured, there is no added water, loins and bellies are cut short so that there is no waste on the plate. Compared to commercially produced bacon you actually get up to 50% more bacon per kilo with very little shrinkage when cooking.
