Making a gluten-free sausage that has the texture and flavour of a traditional butcher’s sausage is not easy.

To replace the wheat binder we actually use coarse pea flour rather than the industry standard soya flour. This gives us a more traditional texture as well as being better for the environment.

Lightly seasoned to enhance the flavour of the pork with the same balance of seasoning in our Traditional Breakfast Pork Sausage we end up with a sausage where could hardly tell the difference.
